Glasgow Girls, conceived and directed by Cora Bissett, was recently re-run at the Citizens Theatre, Glasgow in February. This National Theatre of Scotland co-production alongside the Citizens Theatre was once again playing to sell out audiences and to great critical acclaim.

Apex Acoustics supplied the full Meyer Sound system and DiGiCo control for the three week run in Glasgow. The sound system which was Designed by Fergus O'Hare and supported by Production Engineer Andrew Kirkby, along side NTS Head of Sound Matt Padden, was all Meyer Sound loudspeakers.

It consisted of 4 x Meyer UPA-1P, 2 x Meyer UPJ-1P, 2 x Meyer 600-HP Subs, 10 x Meyer UPM-1P and 2 x Meyer UPM-2P. It was all controlled from Apex's flagship DiGiCo SD10 96 channel digital mixing console. Inputs came from a local 32 input Mini-DiGi Rack which was used for QLab playback with signal coming via Madi and a 56 input / 32 output SD-Rack with signal coming via Opticore. Apex's new Aviom output card was used within the SD-Rack to allow audio to be send to 4 x Aviom A16-ii Personal Mixers.
